1971 3p Ultramarine Machin Cylinder Block of 8
Cylinder 4 (L2, S2) no dot. Ink spots over phosphor numbers. The ink appears to be exactly the same colour as the stamp, but quite deliberately placed over the phosphor numbers. I'm unsure how or why this occurred.
