About Us

My name is Dave Evans and I made my first attempts at selling stamps in 2008.

In 2010, I rebranded as Jerwood Philatelics – My wife’s maiden name was Jerwood and I thought it sounded better than Evans Philatelics! Originally, I was dealing on a part time basis whilst also holding down a full time job.

However, with the full support of my lovely wife, I left my job at the end of September 2012 to concentrate on Jerwood Philatelics full time. I am therefore in a position to add new stock much more frequently from now on, expanding my business by increasing my stock levels whilst keeping the quality and service very high.
