Forgery of a Walsall 12 x 1st Class self adhesive booklet

The cover has a very matt appearance compared to the genuine booklet. The stamps also have a dull appearance due to a varnish coating across the middle of the stamps, which is an attempt to mimic the phosphor bands at the egdes, though no phosphor ink has been used. They have elliptical perfs & the matrix is intact.
